Most families (97%) agree that the key to achieving the American Dream is through investing in their children’s college education. Yet, for a growing number of American families, meeting the full cost of college is an obstacle to achieving that dream.
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is investing in those American Dreams. The only national organization representing America’s 47 publicly-supported Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and the nearly 300,000 students attending them each year, TMCF facilitates college access through affordability, completion and career success for low-resourced students.
To date, TMCF has provided over $250 million in scholarships, programmatic and capacity building support to students and member schools.
