Generation Kenya offers programs in financial services sales, consumer goods sales, and retail and restaurant customer service.

Our bank employers typically only extend offers to 10% of university interviewees; however, these same employers made job offers to 60% of Generation graduates, the majority of whom have only a secondary school or pre-university certificate and had a C or below grade at school.

Supervisors have highlighted that Generation graduates have better preparedness and knowledge of the position compared to their non-Generation peers, better customer service, and excellent aptitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Customer service grads score 40% higher than control group on "customer orientation" and have 0% absenteeism at the 2 month mark. They close the day with average deviation (money lost from the till) that is 50% lower than the control group.
Spain Impact Overview
Generation Spain offers programs in digital marketing, web development, insurance sales, and food & beverage sales.

Generation USA offers programs in healthcare (certified nursing assistants), retail and hospitality, technology, and craft professions.

Our US graduates are earning four times more than they did before Generation. 90% of our CNA grads have passed their certification. 80% are outperforming their peers, and 80% are retained 6 months out. Overall, they are 2-3x cheaper to train and recruit than other CNA graduates. Our customer service grads have a 95% retention rate at 3 months out (vs. an industry average of 80%) and 81% are retained after six months.
